The price depends on your branch, bag sizes and storage duration. Review the storage charge and any service fee before you pay. Extra time can cost more.
Do I need an account to book?
You can start as a guest. Choose your bags, review the price and pay, then add the contact details needed for your booking. You can also sign in to an existing account.
How does drop-off work?
Show your QR at the host location. Staff check your bags in and issue pickup tickets.
Where can I check liability and prohibited items?
Read the liability page and the terms shown with your booking. Do not assume every item or loss is covered. Contact support if you need clarification before booking.
How do partners get paid?
Request payouts from the dashboard. Finance reviews and pays manually by bank transfer; balance and history stay visible in the dashboard.
